She was predeceased by: her parents, Park Hickok and Madelyn Hickok. She is survived by: her children, Jaye Scalf (Janice) and Jerilyn Smith (Mike Smith); her sister Marilyn Fouts; her nephews, Rod Fouts and Brad Fouts; her niece Sherry Poat; and her grandchildren, Zachary Smith (Katelyn), Dillion Johnson and Brittany Hager (Kaleb). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
