He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Tommasini and Vittoria Boschian Tommasini; and his siblings, Navio Tommasini, Lorenzo Tommasini, Alda Mazzotti and Rosetta Faini.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Patterson Tommasini; his son Alton Joseph Tommasini; his daughter-in-law Angela Weaver Tommasini; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Tommasini, Adam Tommasini and Austin Tommasini. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Instead, if anyone would like to do so, he asked that a donation be made to the Mississippi Animal Rescue League in his memory, acknowledging his deep love of animals.
