She was predeceased by: her parents, Regina Williams Goodwin and J. Powell Goodwin. She is survived by: her children, Nona, Kathlene "Kathy" Ware Cousineau (Mark), Brian Jay Ware (Allison), Edward "Eddie" Douglas Ware and Sheila Ware Thornton (Tommy); her grandchildren, Steven Rozina (Amber), Josh Rozina (Ashley), Reed Williams, Jarod Thornton (Jana), Michelle Cousineau, Cooper Ware and Sarah Payton Ware; her great grandchildren, Trace, Jackson, Savannah, Asher, Owen and McKenzie; her brother Joe Rice Goodwin (Maxine); her nephew David Goodwin (Jordan); and her niece Ginger Gage (William). She is also survived by many great-nephews, other family members and close friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home (114 Burney Dr, Flowood, MS 39232). A memorial service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
