He was predeceased by: his parents, Casey Smith and Grace Smith; and his grandson Kenneth Russell Smith. He is survived by: his wife Bess; and his children, Kenneth "Don" Donald Smith (Karen), David Smith (Dolly) and Sarah Smith Weathersby (David). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of beloved extended family members and friends.
