He was predeceased by: his parents, Vilinda Shirley and Robert F. Shirley; and his brothers, Robert H. and Barry M. Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Ella Marie Shirley; his daughters, Jennifer Littleton (Brad) and Megan McCaa (Bradley); his grandchildren, Lacey Littleton, Laura Littleton, Maxwell McCaa (Little John), Jack McCaa and Ella McCaa; his sisters, Judy Rutland (Larry) and Gloria Thrash; and his nieces and nephews, Rob Rutland (Christy), Justin Rutland (Laura), Karen Nalywajko (Mark) and Angie Shirley.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home - Clinton (106 Cynthia St, Clinton, MS 39056). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Lakewood Memorial Park (6000 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, MS 39209).
