We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2025, at the age of 87, Columbus Frankie Dotson of Flowood, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Dotson and Viola Dotson; and his siblings, L. G. Dotson, Sr., Dorothy Dotson, Katherine Broadwell, Ralph Dotson, Jackie O'Dell and Maxie Dotson.
He is survived by: his wife Norma; his sons, Keith Dotson (Ava) of Katy, Texas and Scott Dotson (Lily) of Spring, Texas; his grandsons, David Dotson of Houston, Texas and Daniel Dotson of Houston, Texas; and his siblings, Jimmy Dotson (Sarah) of Cheraw, Niwana Cohn of Charlotte, Emily Hefner of Lancaster and Paige Smith (Archie) of Florence. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
After his sales career, he drove a taxi for Veterans Cab Company- again he loved picking up people and finding out all about them !In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice.
