He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Maxwell Sudduth, Sr. and Gladys Baxter Sudduth. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Sudduth Eveland (Dan); his sister Joyce Sudduth Cannada (Don); his grandchildren, Henry Sudduth Eveland, Lyons Jonathan Eveland and Garrison Baxter Eveland; his nieces and nephews, Lauren Cannada Lomax (Christopher), Camille Jacqueline Cannada, Ray Baker Cannada (Cathy) and Baxter Lewis Cannada; his stepsiblings, Louis Howell (Linda) and Nanolyn Smail (Virgil); his wife Karina; and his former wife Margaret Johnson Sudduth. He is also survived by six great-nieces and great-nephews.
