He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Gray and James Robert Redding, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Dr. Steve Redding (Melinda Redding), Amye Howell (Greg Howell) and Susan Floyd (Ryan Floyd); his grandchildren, Dr. Jonathan Redding (Alison Redding), Joshua Redding, Jared Redding, Dr. Kathryn Palmer (Trace Palmer), Luke Howell, Delaney Floyd, Michael Floyd and Riley Floyd; his great grandchildren, Evelyn Redding, Elijah Redding and Clark Palmer; and his brother James William Redding.
Bobby was a member of the MS Engineering Society, Water for People, Baptist Medical Dental Missions International, and the Agricultural Development Foundation.
