He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Skaggs. He is survived by: his mother Lawanda Hodges; his wife Tammy Barlow Skaggs; his daughter April Skaggs; his sister Annette Nimmo (Rickie); his in-laws, Norma, Norton Barlow, Robbie and Gretchen Barlow; and his nephews, Luke, Logan Barlow and Jay Nimmo.
