He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stanford and Clara Stanford; and his siblings, T. J. (Nina), Marlin (Carolyn), Oneda Pearson (John), Ileta Youngblood (Titus), Hazel Kuykendall (George), Dorothy Mooneyhan (B. H.) and Mae Koelz.
He is survived by: his friend Bill; his sons, Stan (Shelia), Steve (Cindy), John (Kim) and Scott (Stacey); his grandchildren, Corbin (Kate), Tess, Drew, Abbey, Quincy, Jackson, Caroline and Paxson; his great grandchildren, Kathryn and Collier; and his brother-in-law John Koeltz. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
