She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Hollyce Smith; her son Kendall D. Traxler; and her siblings, Jerelene Walker and Curtis Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Victor "Vic" Traxler; her sons, Kevin Traxler (Lynn) and Dwight Traxler; her grandchildren, Cortney Townsend (Matt), Victoria Traxler, Thomas Traxler, David Stribling and Jennifer Weaver (Caleb); her sisters, Linda Faye Smith, Peggy Porter (Carroll) and Charlotte Terrell; and her great grandchildren, Josie Aileen, Marshall Townsend, Gabriel, Samuel, Joshua, Ben and Jacob Weaver. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
