He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howell and Mary Mildred Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Sanders of Florence; his children, William "Dion" Sanders of Brandon and Deidre Lott of Mathiston, MS; his stepdaughters, Sylvia Paige of Florence and Barbara Keir of Byram; and his siblings, Rev. James E. Sanders (Rhoda) of Ackerman, Horton Sanders (Cathy) of Collins and Frances Williams (Dean) of Florence. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren and 25 step-great grandchildren.
