She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil R. Smith, Sr.; her parents, George A. Palmer and Ethel B. Palmer; and her siblings, Jim Palmer, Cleo Palmer, Doyle Palmer, Annette May, Eunice Bonner and Theda Mulvihill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Smith (Ricky) and Linda Smith (Craig); her grandchildren, Brian Smith (Michelle), Amy Bowen (Lucas), Melissa Romines (Ricky) and Angela Hodges (Brad); and her great grandchildren, Layla Bowen, Sydnie Smith, Hannah Romines, Ian Walker, Landon Walker and Kaitlyn Walker. She is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
