He was predeceased by: his father Donald Edward Bailey; and his siblings, Marie Bailey, Wanda Bailey, Patricia and Mike Baily.

He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Medders Bailey; his daughter Mildred "Mickie" Noami Bailey; his grandson Calvin V. Jacob Prine; his sisters, Donna Bailey Goss (James) and Martha Bailey Mitchell; his sister-in-law Renea Bailey; and his brothers, Donald E Bailey Jr., Bill Bailey and Terry Bailey (Liz). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
