She is survived by: her husband Olen Carlisle of Harrisville; her sons, John Carlisle (Denise) of Richland and Dustin Carlisle (Heather) of Forest; her grandchildren, Lexy Mooney (Trey), Jade Carlisle, Toby Taylor, Cloe Elkins, Jazz Carlisle, Kael Carlisle, Christina Elkins, Brooklyn Self and Levi Benton; her great grandchild Talon Mooney; and her sisters, Kathy Ann Nunnery and Sandra Lee Gilmore. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
