He is survived by: his wife Leisa; his sons, Drew (April) and Kyle (Amanda); his grandson Christopher Paul; and his siblings, Harold Boteler (Linda), Virginia Johnson, Carolyn Boteler Brown, Ray Boteler and Linda Ann Foreman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
