She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugene Grant and Maggie Grant; her son Alexander Stapleton (Heather Stapleton); her granddaughters, Sydney Young and Emma Stapleton; her son Grant Stapleton (Lou Stapleton); her grandchildren, Aliee Stapleton, Grant Stapleton and Mayce Stapleton; her daughter April Smith; her granddaughter Madison Smith; her brother Tommy Grant; and her nieces and nephews, Shannon Grant, Jennifer Grant Watts, David Grant, Melissa Grant and Steven Grant.
