He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kelley and Ida Mae Kelley; and his siblings, Mickel "Mike" Kelly and Pat Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Kelley of Crystal Springs; his sister Jeanette Lawson of Brandon, MS; and his grandchildren, Blake, Mason Hall, Parker and Nolan Phelps. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and other extended family.
