He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay McAlpin Howard; his daughters, Teresa Howard Morgan (Benny) and Anita Howard Burnell (Mark); his grandsons, Cody Morgan (Holly), Anthony Case Johnson and Zachary Tate Johnson; and his sister Rita Howard Sullivan.
