She was predeceased by: her parents, William Elbert and Lois Felts; her former husband Wade Gordon Shipp, Sr.; and her siblings, Kendall Felts and Evelyn Frazier.
She is survived by: her husband Braxtel Neely of Richland; her sons, Wade Gordon Shipp, Jr. of Richland and Bryan Shipp (Michael) of Florence; her grandchildren, Mary Katherine Shipp and Lauren Nicole Brown (JB); and her sister Dot Shanks of Clinton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Florence food pantry in memory of Mrs. Faynell Neely.
