It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Elizabeth Dubose (Florence, Mississippi), who passed away on November 20, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Louis Hemphill and Doris Hemphill Thornton; and her nephew Wally Hemphill. She is survived by: her parents, Clarence Hemphill and Lula Kahl Hemphill; her sister Nell Hemphill of Florence; her nephews, Tommy Hemphill and Dale Thornton; and her niece Sylvia Garrison. She is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews and numerous great great nieces.
