Edwina Galyean Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwina Galyean (Florence, Mississippi), born in Canton, Mississippi, who passed away on February 17, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lee Galyean; her parents, Charles Knight and Julia Knight; and her sister Catherine Knight Baber. She is survived by: her siblings, Charles Knight (Linda) and Patricia Griffin (Bill); her stepson Eric Galyean; and her pet Dooley. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
The family encourages all that attend to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Edwina asked that if you would like to make a donation to help fight Breast Cancer, please donate to The Baptist Health Foundation program called "Fund for the Girls" that helps women who are uninsured or under-insured get mammograms, ultrasounds and biopsies, if needed, at the Baptist Breast Center.
