It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Mae Harper Harrison (Florence, Mississippi), who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orris Harper and Willie Mae Harper; her husband Jim Harrison; her son Dudley "Larry" Harrison; and her brother Donald Mahaffey.
She is survived by: her sons, James "Jimmy" Emmett Harrison, Jr. (Susan) and Robert "Bob" Carol Harrison (Terri); her daughter-in-law Judy Harrison; her grandchildren, Kevin Harrison (Robin), Stephen Harrison (Shelley), Dabney Sliwowski (Thomas), Jason Harrison (Christy), Leah Ann Williams (Michael), Misty Morrison (Scott), Stacy Foote (Scooter), Heather Dunnaway, Jennifer, Tracy and Robert Harrison; her sisters, Faye Lee and Ann Oakley (EO); and her sister-in-law Sherry Mahaffee. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
