She is survived by: her husband Bert Sullivan, Sr.; her siblings, James Alvy Butler and Liz Foster; her sons, Bert, Jr., Pat and John; her grandchildren, Gage, Skye, Ellen Carol, Taylor and Ava Raye; her great grandchild John Patton Veazey; her daughters-in-law, Cynthia Sullivan and Kim Sullivan; her brother Danny Foster; her sister-in-law Dianne Butler; and her grandson-in-law Dalton Veazey. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
