He is survived by: his mother Nancy Levins of Terry; his children, Donald Levins, Jr. of Terry and Summer Levins DeSimone (Scott) of Loveland, CO; his sister Lynn Levins Robinson (James) of Raymond; and his grandsons, Curtis and Noah.
