He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick G. Finnegan and Delores Ann Burch; and his son Anthony Finnegan. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Finnegan of Florence, MS; his children, Ashley Osborne (Zach) of Gulfport, MS and Corey Finnegan of Phoenix, AZ; his sisters, Sandi Downard of Phoenix, AZ, Deborah Wade of Florence, MS and Lisa Finnegan of Florence, MS; his grandchildren, Noah, Dawson, Rylan Finnegan, Kayleigh Miller and Landon Green; and his great grandchild Maverick Miller.
