He is survived by: his wife Ann Holloway; his children, Dr. Lewis Holloway, Jr., Kim Holloway and Jenna Cochran; his children-in-law, Karen Holloway, Kay Holloway and Shawn Cochran; and his sisters, Ina Rose Bullock, Betty Lou Barber and Shirley Hopes.
