She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. Hamilton and Georgia May Price Hamilton. She is survived by: her husband Charles H. Whittington, Jr.; her daughters, Keri Diamond, Jamie Diamond Hardin, Valerie Diamond and Tiffany Diamond Irby; her stepchildren, Charlene Meza, Jessica Whittington, Andrew Whittington and Charles H. Whittington, III; and her siblings, Wayne Hamilton, Percy Hamilton, Bervin Bowen, Kathy Knowles, Kelly Knowles and Joeanna Hamilton. She is also survived by several grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Eastside Baptist Church (3464 Patterson Dr, Pearl, MS 39208).
