He was predeceased by: his parents, Webb Cook and Gussie Cook; his wife Frances Viola Sasser Cook; his brother Carl R. Cook; and his son-in-law Philip Stein.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Jr. Cook (Becky) of Florence and Marlene Stein of Richland; his grandchildren, Caleb Cook (Kari), Kaci Stein and Hanna Cook; his great grandchildren, Lawsyn Cook and Swayze Cook; and his sisters, Linda Little of Magee and Betty Brooks of Mendenhall.
