Though Betty may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lavern Patrick; and her daughter Maila Beth Barlow. She is survived by: her children, Lavern Michael Patrick (Marilyn) of Onida, SD, Robert Allen Patrick (Gloria) of Crystal Springs and Tammy P. Lewis of Crystal Springs; and her son-in-law Charles Barlow of Star, MS. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (2194 White Rd, Florence, MS 39073). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
