She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lewis (Florence) and Melinda Lewis (Florence); her grandchildren, Laura Lewis, Dexter Calhoun, Jr., Dominique Carrington and Miata Carrington; her great grandchildren, Devin Lewis, Aubree Furdge, Braxton Carrington and Braylon Carrington; her siblings, Darlene Bridges (Jake), Edna Thomas, Lottie Fields, Judi Lewis, Patricia McGee, David Lewis (Bettie), Albert Lewis (Beverly), Sammy Lewis (Kate), Robert Lewi (Kim), Charles Lewis (Frances), Eddie Dees and Willie Ray Lewis; her sister-in-law Dr. Nycole Lewis; her niece Theresa Bridges; and her close friends, Annette Wade, Clotile Myers and Marcella Houseton. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
