She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph McNeil and Mary Ivy McNeil; and her sons, Randolph Williams and James Alton Williams. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Purvis, Janie Barton, Rex Allen, Eddie Williams, Cathy Quick, Mark O'Neal and Jeffrey Wade. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and several beloved great-grandchildren and siblings.
