With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beatrice S. Greer (Florence, Mississippi), born in Okeechobee, Florida, who passed away on May 14, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ellis Smith and Jerutha Hicks Smith; her husbands, Jesse Lee, Jr. and Willie D. Greer; and her siblings, Marvin "Buddy" Smith, Glen Bryant Smith, Jeanette Waldron and Mable Purviss.
She is survived by: her son Jesse Wayne; her daughter-in-law Linda Lee; and her grandchildren, Traci Lee, Katie, Joseph Deschamps, Alivia, Noah Lee, Patty Wagoner, Danny Jones (Sherri), Debbie Hill (Sammy), Betty Hodge (Mike), Michael Neese (Sarah), Stacey Neese (Sandra) and Christy Phillips (Jeremy). She is also survived by great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Chancellor Funeral Home for her funeral expenses.
