Alma Jo Compere Kennedy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2020, Alma Jo Compere Kennedy of Florence, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Ruby Dale Compere; her husband Buck Turner Kennedy; her daughter Cyndi Kennedy Myers; and her sister Gwen Compere Stewart of Lebanon, MO.
She is survived by: her sons, James D. Kennedy (Heather) of Sumrall, MS and Wade Kennedy (Glenda) of Florence; and her siblings, Robert, Arthur Compere, Reuben Compere of Brent, AL, Ruby Jackson of Warrensburg, MO and Jackie Green of Montgomery, AL. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Due to the current regulations regarding social gatherings, mask will be REQUIRED and social distancing is encouraged.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
