She was predeceased by: her husband William Russell Bell; and her parents, Claude Lee Chancellor and Polly Anna Duncan Chancellor. She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy Luther of Arkansas and Judy Bowen (Terry) of Mize. She is also survived by four grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
