It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Falon Brooks (Flora, Mississippi), born in Jackson, Mississippi, who passed away on June 30, 2020, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, E. W., Commie L. Brown, C. D. and Mamie Crook; and her mother-in-law Mattie Bell Mays.
She is survived by: her children, Target, Old Navy and Human Resource Manager; her husband Michael J. Brooks; her son Caden D. Matlock of Madison, Mississippi.; her stepdaughter Jessica Owens of Brandon, Mississippi; her son Joshua Owens of Jackson, MS; her granddaughter Kennedy Samuels; her parents, Commie and Andrew Mason, Sr. of Madison, Mississippi.; and her siblings, Andrew Mason, Jr. of Flora, Adam Mason of Canton, Mississippi., Commie R. Mason of Ridgeland and Andrea Mason of Ridgeland. She is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
