Hammack of Flora, MS; his children, Tracey Lavey of Flora, MS and Matt Hammack (Cathy) of Flora, MS; his grandchildren, Kristin Lavey of Flora, MS, Eli Hammack of Flora, MS and Everleigh Hammack of Flora, MS; and his siblings, Joseph Hammack of Ocean Springs, MS and Jean Allen of Pearl, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
