He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Turnage and Esther Reeves Turnage; and his brother Jerry Turnage. He is survived by: his wife Louise Turnage of Fernwood; his son Mike Turnage of McComb; his brother Tommie Turnage (Patsy) of McComb; and his siblings-in-law, Harlon Toney, Geneieve Koch of Tylertown, Willie Faye Turnage of McComb, Elnora Melear of Franklinton, LA and Agnes Smith of Tylertown, MS.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
