He is survived by: his children, Greg Fowler (Shelly), Ed Fowler, Willy Fowler, Paulette Tatum and Yvette Briggs; his grandchildren, James Fowler, Casey Fowler, Jessica Fowler, Jaleah Fowler, Thomas Fowler, Caleb Fowler and Amber Peters; and his sister Marilyn Albrecht. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter.
