He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sue Alsup Carter of Ripley, MS; his children, Kenneth Lee Carter of Ripley, MS and Crystal Dawn Boardman of Ripley, MS; and his grandchildren, Patience Taylor Saya Boardman and Eric Lee Carter.
