He is survived by: his wife Janet Hill Quinn; his children, Robin Quinn Morton of Ripley, MS and David Fowler Quinn, III of Falkner, MS; his siblings, Jobil Quinn (Patty) of Oakland, TN, Jack Quinn (Debbie) of Walnut, MS and Margaret Ann Meeks (Ralph) of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Charlie Morton (Hannah), Kate Morton Roberson (Richard), Riley Quinn (Matt Shih), Will Quinn (Brianna) and Randa Quinn; his great grandchildren, Alexander James Morton, Annie Sage Roberson and Olivia James Quinn; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Hill, Gerald Hill, Clyde Robertson, Donald Bates, Richard Griffin, Stanley Young, Jobil Quinn, Jack Quinn and Bob McKee.
