She was predeceased by: her parents, Plumer Files and Linnie Files; her husband Vernon; and her son Michael Ray. She is survived by: her children, Sandra White (Eddie), Wayne Ray (Judy) of West Point and Tim Ray (Beth) of Cedar Bluff; her grandchildren, Kevin White (Melanie) of Saltillo, Leslie Hood (James) of Utica, Susan Fulgham (Greg) of Maben and Matt Ray (Ceilie) of West Point; her great grandchildren, Lanie, Levi, Lawson White of Saltillo, Emily, Sarah Grace, Joseph Hood of Utica, Lena Kate, Jake Fulgham of Maben and Birdie Kate Ray of West Point; and her sister-in-law Frances Ray of West Point.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvert Funeral Home (27600 E Main St, West Point, MS 39773). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
