He was predeceased by: his parents, Laucie May Winters Lattimore and Audley Lattimore; and his sister Patsy Lattimore. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lattimore; his children, Tommy Merritt (Bertina) of Ackerman, MS, Michael Merritt (Tanya) of Jackson, MS, Lendale Merritt (Georgena) of Kosciusko, MS and Keshauri Merritt (Jeffery Perteet) of Ethel, MS; his siblings, Zula Mae Merritt (Robert) of Tennessee, Ralph Lattimore of Tennesee, Clarence Lattimore of Ethel, MS, Clayton Lattimore of Ethel, MS, Cleo Lattimore (Stella) of Ethel, MS and Walterine "Allen" Lattimore of Ethel, MS.; his parents-in-law, Clarence Merritt and Lena Pearl Merritt; and his siblings-in-law, Melissa Stewart (Paul), Dora Alston (James), Doris Stribling (Mark), Leana Alston (Conody), Dwight Merritt (Nell) and Clarence William Merritt (Emma). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and one great grandchild.
