He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Monroe and Maude Mae Kellum Ferguson; and his siblings, Ellie Vallum, Mavis Massey, Mildred Sweatte, Cynthia Ferguson, Duward Ferguson, Harlan Ferguson and Edward Ferguson.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ferguson of Ethel; his children, Mark Ferguson (Kathy) of Pearland, TX, Pamela Martin (Gilbert) of West Monroe, LA, Tammy Ferguson of Slidell, LA, Dana Taylor (Marcus) of Bridge City, LA and Tracey Hughes of Mooresville, NC; his siblings, Roy Ferguson of Ethel, Macie Hicks of Mansfield, OH, Flossie Salser of Poland, OH and Carolyn Mills of Pascagoula, MS; and his close friend Lucy Ault. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
