He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ethel A. Fairchild Whisler; his children, Eldon N. Whisler, Robyn Beal (Ken), Eric W. Whisler (Julie), Kirk B. Whisler and Helena Goodyear (Norman); his brother Robert (Janet); his close friends, Glenn Long and Kay; and his parents, Robert Whisler and Mildred Liming Whisler. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
