He is survived by: his wife Peggy Shuler Mayo of Ethel; his daughter Terri; his brothers, James Clifford "Cliff" Mayo (Drunette) of Kosciusko, Rickey Mayo (Dale) of Ethel and Hoy Mayo (Robin) of Ethel; his daughter Sheila R. Mayo; and his parents, Coy D. and Ruth Inez Rachel Mayo.
