He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Kendrick and Velma Kendrick. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kendrick; his daughter Nikki Gray (Teddy); his siblings, Roger Kendrick (Glenda) and Shelia Thomison (Don); and his nephews, Clayton Butler and Bobby Butler. He is also survived by other friends and relatives.
