He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Parker Phillips; his children, James Gregory Phillips, Michele Allen (Billy), Marisa Pipkins (Jerry) and Nita Collins (Mike); his grandchildren, Dustin Allen, Matthew Allen, Timothy Allen, Heather Villafranca, LaShonda Newsome, Brandon Rand, Jasmine Pipkins, Brian Adams, Megan Turberville, Joshua Phillips and James Phillips; and his sister Virginia Mabry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
