She was predeceased by: her parents, John Travis Lynn, Sr. and Eula Ethel Millwood Lynn; her husband John William Ray, Sr.; and her daughter Wanda Kay Ray. She is survived by: her children, Helen Ray Barron, John William "Bill" Ray, Jr. (Linda) and Deronda Ray Delmas (Tim); her brother Robert Eugene Lynn; and her grandchildren, Roy Barron (Angela), Zane Barron (Christine), Tracy Freeman (Chad), Amanda Lang (Sean Varone), Jennifer George (Glover), Tim Delmas, Jr. and Tommy Delmas.
Due to the concerns surrounding COVID-19, the family is having a private graveside service for Mrs. Frances on Friday, July 17, 2020, at Serene Memorial Gardens.
