He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hadley; his daughter Sheryl Denise Smith; his stepdaughter Angela Garrard (Mike); his grandchildren, Amanda Davidson, Crystal Garrard, Anthony Garrard, Tiffany Smith, Randy Smith, Christian Smith and Elaina Smith; and his siblings, Wendell Hadley (Trudy), Pete Hadley (Susan), Buddy Hadley (Shirley) and Patricia Talmage (Bobby). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
